What is your return policy for apparel and footwear?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn clothing and boots. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

How long does shipping take for online orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer bulk discounts for workwear?

Yes, we provide special pricing for large volume orders of uniforms, safety vests, and work boots. Please contact our customer service team for a custom quote.

Are your boots covered by a warranty?

Many of our brands, such as Ariat and Justin, carry manufacturer warranties against defects. We will gladly facilitate the warranty process for any qualifying purchase.

Can I pick up my online fashion order in-store?

Absolutely. Select the 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout to collect your items at any of our physical Sparr Building and Farm Supply locations.
